Rates
for I.T. engineering can be very expensive and a hardware
failure for a small business can be a very costly event.
Our Maintenance & Support Contracts
not only covers all your hardware but also provides
you with telephone advice on listed software as well,
all for a single monthly fee.
We start by surveying your existing
system and discussing the options available, we would
then submit a quote for your approval, if this is agreeable
then a contract would be drawn up and signed by both
parties.
Payments will be made in advance
and can be made monthly, quarterly or yearly. Discounts
will be available depending on the number of systems
on the contract up to a maximum of 30%.
Each contract has a guaranteed
response time specified by you, however the standard
is 8 working hours from the time the call was logged.
With hardware, all parts and labour
are included in the price of the service and if the
equipment cannot be repaired on site, we can provide
loan equipment.
