| Shipping:
1. Unless otherwise stated, our orders are dispatched within 3 working days using a courier service.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
2. If you are not available to sign for the delivery a card will usually be left informing you how to arrange collection or re-delivery. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us, title of the products however, will not pass to you until we have received full payment for the products.
3. Whilst We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
4. If we are unable to deliver a product ordered for whatever reason, we shall contact you by e-mail (using the address registered by yourself) and offer you the option of either a replacement, refund or depending on timescales, the opportunity to delay delivery until such a time when we can deliver.
5. We accept no liability for e-mails which are not received by yourself due to sources beyond our control, including but not limited to: e-mail filter programs, server errors, incorrect registered e-mail addresses.
6. All of our products are checked and sealed prior to despatch. Please note, items which have their seals broken or tampered with are excluded from our returns policy.

7. Unless otherwise stated. our delivery charges are set per order received as follows:
£7.00 including VAT.
Returns:
8. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.
Important: All returns made under this policy must be sent with an adequate level of insurance cover; this is for your own protection as all goods remain your property and responsibility until we sign to confirm receipt. We strongly recommend using royal mail recorded delivery or royal mail special delivery; both these services provide proof of delivery. We accept no responsibility for any returns that are damaged or lost in the post, please package your goods carefully.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
9. All goods returned must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, a copy of the original invoice / delivery note, should also be supplied whenever possible. If it is not possible to enclose such documents, please ensure some means of identifying yourself is included for example, your order number, name, email address etc.
10. Upon receipt of a return we will inspect the product to be sure it is in the original packaging, in re-saleable condition and our seals have not been broken or tampered with. Once this is confirmed we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) using the same method that was initially used to make the payment. Please note that postage charges are not refundable, neither outward or inward.
11. As with (clauses 6,8 and 10 above) any items where our seals have been broken or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
